He was 10…Wiley Post Elementary…the art teacher was so impressed. At an honors ceremony, they pointed out his tile in the ceiling…..a tiger he had painted on ceramic. I was so proud…..and still am. He’s an amazing artist: Tilted Symmetry

John was three. His dad carried a snake from the neighbors’ house to the street, then chopped it in two with a hoe.
John followed with his big, red plastic bat. He proceeded to beat the heck out of the (already dead) snake.
“I kilt it, Mommy!”
“Yes you did, son.”

A commercial for match.com is on…”find the love of your life on match.com”.
He says…..”Or you could fly to Oklahoma City to meet the gal you’ve been playing Scrabble with online.”
I know….he knows I know…..but it’s nice to hear something like this every now and then.
