Can a relationship last when the VA-VA-VOOM is gone?

I hope so.

I love him.

I always will…..

What Kind of Soul are You?

Found this at Ladybug’s blog:

You Are a Prophet Soul

You are a gentle soul, with good intentions toward everyone.
Selfless and kind, you have great faith in people.
Sometimes this faith can lead to disappoinment in the long run.
No matter what, you deal with everything in a calm and balanced way.

You are a good interpreter, very sensitive, intuitive, caring, and gentle.
Concerned about the world, you are good at predicting people’s feelings.
A seeker of wisdom, you are a life long learner looking for purpose and meaning.
You are a great thinker and communicator, but not necessarily a doer.

Souls you are most compatible with: Bright Star Soul and Dreaming Soul

Team Spirit

A couple of weeks ago, all of the boys on the Lancaster High School Swim Team (except the coaches son—go figure) bleached their hair as a sign of stupid solidarity and team spirit.

John was hesitant to let me take his picture because he knew it would wind up here. After living with it for a while, he decided it ‘wasn’t so bad’ and I could publish his picture.

Blond John

Kid’s……..ya gotta love ‘em.

Then we were scanning some of his swim pics and he did this……….not knowing it would ALSO wind up here…..*grin*.

It’s Just Sick, I Tell Ya

The Prof, for as long as I’ve known him (and as long as he’s known himself) has always been very fond of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. The chocolate/peanut butter combination has had him hooked for years.

It’s been a while since I’ve purchased any Reese’s to feed his cravings; so, the other night he improvised.

You see, I opened the refrigerator one morning last week and found an opened container of chocolate frosting. Later that day, I asked him if he’d used it for something. “Yes,” he calmly replied. “I made a peanut butter/chocolate sandwich”.

It gets worse; last night he made his now-famous peanut butter/chocolate sandwich on cinammon raisin English muffins!

It’s jut sick, I tell ya!
